RAFFLE ELIGIBILITY
Eligibility:
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Raffle is open to all that sign up in person at the branch located at 217 W 3rd St, Pecos Tx 79772 and must be 18 years of age or older. All entries must be received by January 14th, 2019 at 12:59 pm CST. Employees of TransPecos Banks, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate in the raffle.
The raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Winners will be selected at random and do not have to be present at the time of drawing to win.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.
